CrewLink is an intuitive training management tool used to track flight training performance throughout UND Aerospace. The system is deployed through the Internet and accessible from any Internet connection. Its tools consist of a training footprint management module, weather trending module, safety reporting module, and flight course registration module.

The training footprint management module tracks and displays students' progress throughout a flight course relative to a training plan, known as a "template". Managers receive a graphical display indicating how far students are ahead of, or behind of, the training template. Information can be grouped by individual student, instructor, flight course, or the school as a whole. In addition, specific contracts may be tracked and contract supervisors may view their students' progress.

CrewLink's flight course registration module allows students to register for flight courses' on-line. Students may choose from a list of available ground schools and flight labs for their flight course. This system provides students with the flexibility to ensure their flight activities fit within their university curriculum.
