Operations Software
UND Aerospace is on the forefront of aviation technology, having developed world-class
software systems for the John D. Odegard School of Aerospace Sciences as well as
for some of the world's leading aircraft manufacturers. These systems provide the
tools necessary to educate the top aviation students in the world.
Day-to-day airport operations
Students of the John D. Odegard School of Aerospace Sciences touch UND Aerospace
software on a daily basis. All aircraft and crew scheduling, maintenance, dispatch,
and records are managed within the Aviation Information Management System (AIMS)
and CrewLink. Combined, these systems allow students and parents to follow their
progress and complete their training on time. These systems also streamline the
day-to-day airport operation and provide efficiencies that significantly increase
aircraft utilization.
