Grand Forks Airport Tour
Grand Forks International Airport (GFK) is North Dakota's busiest commercial airport. It is also home to UND Aerospace's flight training.
UND operates several facilities at Grand Forks International Airport. UND Dispatch, which is pictured to the right, is located in the center of UND's airport facilities.
UND Dispatch
Dispatch is where students prepare their preflight planning, where they are dispatched aircraft, and where they conduct preflight briefings with their flight instructors.
Charlie Ramp
Charlie Ramp is home to UND's Piper Warrior fleet. All 46 of UND's Warriors taxi on and off this ramp for training flights every day.
Bravo Ramp
Bravo Ramp is home to UND's Piper Arrow and Seminole fleets. A combined 27 of UND's Arrows and Seminoles and Baron taxi on and off this ramp for training flights every day.
UND Maintenance
UND's operates its own state-of-the-art maintenance facility. The UND Maintenance program has won the FAA Diamond Award for excellence seven of the past eight years.
